Free sulfur is obtained in many areas of the volcano and in the soil. Processing is done by melting the sulfur lava rock. Sulfur is widely used for the manufacture of sulfur compounds. It also used a match-making and the process of vulcanizing rubber in which crosslinking of sulfur will strengthen the polymer.
