Niels Bohr's atomic model

Niels Bohr's atomic model
core
a. Electrons move in circular orbits around the proton under the influence of the Coulomb force
b. Electrons can not rotate around the core through each orbit, but the electrons only through certain stable orbits without radiating energy
c. Radiation emitted by the atom when an electron "jumps" from a stationary state (stationary orbit) whose energy is higher to lower energy.

weakness
- Can not explain the fine structure (in the spectral lines)
- The number of electrons involved in the atom. Calculated by the Bohr electron just one electron. So for many electron atomic theory does not fit anymore.
- A review of the atomic scale.
