This system is the same as no political party, because there is only one party to the aspirations of the people. In this system the people of less developed, everything is determined by one party without the other party, either as competitors or as partners. The single party is the party that controls the government (the ruling party). For example: the Nazi party in Germany, the fascist party in Italy, the communist party in the Soviet Union, PRC, and Vietnam.
