Prinsp organizational principles
An organization can be said to be solid and well if it has the nature and principles as follows:
1. Having a clear purpose.
2. The goal should be understood by every person in the organizations.
3. Unity of direction and purpose.
4. Unity of command or command.
5. The organizational structure should be arranged as needed.
6. Basic pattern of organization must be relatively permanent (fixed).
7. Placement shall be in accordance with the experts.
8. Remuneration or compensation provided should be commensurate with what has been done.
9. The division of duties and working procedures of the obvious (but working arrangement may be temporary, subject to change according to the needs, circumstances and conditions).
10. A balance between authority and responsibility.
