Popular music is talempong. Talempong a mixture of local musical instruments with musical barata, such as:
- A percussion instrument (percussion) composed of ketipung, tambourines, drums medium, large drum (dol), talempong, and gong.
- A wind instrument or horn whistle, whistle rice stalks, flute, serunan, and Saluang Bansi.
- Western instruments (guitar, violin, trumpet).
